Patagonia Trout incorporated into its services the protocols for tourism companies developed by the Argentine Tourism authorities.
The Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Nation in conjunction with the Argentine Institute of Tourism Quality (ICTA), the Argentine Chamber of Tourism (CAT) and the provinces through the Federal Tourism Council (CFT), developed the “COVID-19 Protocol for Tourist Providers ”.
The guidelines contained in the protocol, which follow the recommendations established by the Ministry of Health of the Nation, offer various measures and specific actions to deal with the current situation and help the recovery of activity. Its main objective is to protect the health and well-being of workers and tourists.
In our case, we are in an area without community circulation of the virus and, although our activities are carried out in large spaces and outdoors, we maintain measures such as the use of chinstraps, the provision of elements for personal hygiene and for disinfection of the equipment.
When making a visit to our region, we will take care of sharing all the recommendations to be able to enjoy fishing safely.
Likewise, it is important to note that the province of Chubut has received the Safe Travels seal from the World Tourism Organization.
