Natacha, Jerónimo, and Nicolás have worked in the sector for over 20 years and have joined forces at Patagonia Trout Outfitters to create an innovative and exciting proposal that combines fishing trips with other tourist and sporting activities.
Jerónimo Cantón & Natacha Paramosz
Jerónimo and Natacha met in 2007, forming a dynamic duo that combines their love for the outdoors and extensive experience in tourism. Jerónimo, an experienced fishing guide, began his career in 2002, learning from his father and working with renowned operations. Natacha settled in Los Alerces National Park in 1999 and completed her studies in Tourism Business Administration in Esquel. They co-founded Adrenalina Frames, a leading company in Argentina for aluminum frames for fishing and rafting boats. Together, they manage Patagonia Trout Outfitters, sharing a passion for outdoor activities and community engagement. They have two daughters, Naomi and Zoe.
Nicolas Botting
Nicolas has always been drawn to the outdoors, spending time on his family’s ranch in La Pampa and exploring Esquel. He discovered his love for guiding in the early 1990s in the Esquel area. He gained extensive experience managing top-tier fly fishing lodges in Argentina, Chile, and the Bahamas. In 2023, he joined Patagonia Trout Outfitters to bring his wealth of experience back to Esquel. With his wife Cecilia, he has two children named Lucas and Clara.
